Accommodation Policy Rules for off-campus housing provided to participants
Referral Policy How the referral program works, rewards, fraud prevention

For Participants

Read these before you show up. The Code of Conduct and Show Your Work documents are especially relevant during the event itself. If you're staying in provided accommodation, the accommodation policy is mandatory reading.

For Organizers

These documents live in version control so changes are tracked. If you're updating a policy:

  1. Make your edits
  2. Update the "Last updated" date where applicable
  3. Commit with a clear message describing what changed and why

Keep the language accessible. Legal clarity matters, but participants should be able to understand what they're agreeing to.

These documents are specific to RedBrick Hacks III. If you're running a similar event and find them useful as a starting point, go ahead and adapt them for your needs.
