converts file-based relacs data files to nix files, does not convert repro-written special files such as stimspikes.dat, etc.
- check if all required files can be found --> Done
- unzip raw files if needed --> Done
- check if there is already a nix file... Don't do anything unless there is a --force --> Done
- convert raw traces to DataArrays (relacs.data.sampled), find out their names, etc. --> Done
- read stimuli.dat for unit and sampling interval --> Done
- read info file and convert to nix sections and properties. Beware ... old and new style metadata in relacs files... --> Done
- convert event traces to DataArrays (relacs.data.event) --> Done
- read stimuli.dat and get the repros and when they were run --> Done
- figure out why the start index of baselineactivity was not read from file for dataset 2012-03-23... --> Done
- write RePro Tags to file --> Done
- Bind tags to traces --> Done
- add metadata to repro tags --> Done
- figure out when the stimuli were run and how long they lasted --> Done
- figure out which properties must be stored as mutables. --> Done
- write Stimulus MultiTags to file --> Done
- bind them to the traces --> Done
- add metadata --> Done
- add features ---> Done
- rename event and data trace types --> Done
- unclear how to handle "init" lines in FileStimulus repro runs. There, the real duration and the duration information in the stimuli.dat may be contradictory...
