Realistically, there shouldn't be any worries with using the older version (since the program wasn't importing pre-generated webp files), but it's still good to be safe.

will automatically copy the qrcode to your clipboard.
url-to-qrcode_withoutAuto
is the same package as v3, just renamed for clarity.
Extract the zip file, open the folder, run url-to-qrcode.exe
