1. This PR is too big.

2. You've taken it from https://www.wtf.academy/en/course/solidity101 and https://www.wtf.academy/en/course/solidity102 and others. But to focus on https://www.wtf.academy/en/course/solidity101. Each step is being imported as its own tutorial and not as a chapter in WTF Solidity 101 course. So I'd prefer to update this PR with getting the WTF Solidity 101 course. Then we can work on the rest.

3. In your PR the sorting is not correct - the WTF tutorials are coming after our current advanced tutorials

4. We need to beef up the sorting on tags in the homepage of learneth
