New in this version:
- Replaced tech airport with allied airport, because Kikematamitos said America with additional paratroopers is overpowered
- Removed walls around center oil derrick, both because Kikematamitos said Yuri can get through walls easier (so it's unbalanced) and to incentivize fast and early moves
- Added gems around center oil derrick, repositioned ore diggers to cover their full radius (was not fully digging before because of water), and reduced each base's gold deposit from 5x5 to 4x4
- Advice is to build the wall
