Release of version 1.1.3
Main updates:
- Now using alternative method for building executable Jar files relying on Maven
- Switched to new format for log messages from ACE AS and GM to DHT
- Improved content of string representing CoAP responses in messages to DHT
- Increased version number of a number of dependencies and made versions consistent between sub-projects
- Alignment with latest code from main ACE repository
- Added Docker Compose file
