Added the ability to create sample meetings as a template for creating meetings
logic is now implemented to allow users to select from available time blocks
encountered an issue when merging, conflict was fixed

Logic is now implemented to allow users to select from available time blocks. Users should also not be able to schedule a meeting less than one day in advance. If there are multiple hosts eligible for a meeting, the most recent host will be removed from the pool.
