• Objective: To streamline and automate the process of consolidating multiple evaluations by different Hiring managers, Technical Leads, Team Leads in the candidate hiring process and generate an analysis of the all the evaluations.
• Collected all the candidate evaluations and passed them to SMMRY PHP API to generate a summary of all the feedbacks.
• Passed the above summary to IBM Watson Natural Language understanding API to perform sentiment analysis of five base emotional responses in the evaluations: Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, Sadness.
• This analysis was provided on the dashboard in the front end to provide a quick summary of the candidate to different managers thereby enabling them to make hiring decisions easily and effectively.
