Feature request

Feature description

功能开发过程中会打破API导致函数接口不兼容，这样会使得依赖此包的其他功能包无法编译，因此需要发布稳定版本冻结代码。

Implementation considerations

适当时候打tag进行发布，命名方式可以是：分支号+日期，比如humble-20240722，这样需要稳定依赖进行开发的包就可以使用该tag的代码。
