What's new

  • We decided to abandon the employer-OR-applicant model, now any participant can be the Owner / Recruiter of the company AND pass the pipelines of other companies and get paid for it.
  • New data model implements Company and its Representatives. It allows business owners to add members to the company with different privilege levels.
  • Roles are employee (participant), recruiter and the owner.

Recruiters can change action-related tests and interviews, check jobseekers' tests, conduct interviews, level up candidates and drop them from the pipeline.
Owners have additional rights to add new vacancy pipeline actions, change action reward, type, and 'approvable' flags.

  • Registration process now doesn't require to choose a role.
  • The business-logic of claiming facts changed to the mode where each user able to add facts about himself and other users of the system. Confirmed users can "confirm" facts about other participants.
  • Added additional education instance.
  • User interfaces refactoring
  • Quiz app in the new version is not tied to a specific user (employer), and belongs to the company.
