Release notes:
- The interval on which waypoints are set can be specified as a floating point number (#5)
- When starting a new page immediately after a sequence of already rendered and skipped points the intersection with the last page border is added. This avoids gaps with unrendered parts of a track (#6)
- Hikingmap now detects correctly being outside of a page, in some rare cases it leaded to an exception (#7)
