Add content from another repo

Gitbook allows us to add content from a url into our handbook via the ({% include %} (see docs))[https://toolchain.gitbook.com/templating/conrefs.html] variable. Our primary use for this is to add content from other github repos like the diversity agreement of enspiral:

{% include "git+https://github.com/enspiral/handbook.git/diversity_agreement.md#634be8f0686f3e4f6446d010482043f5a92c187f" %}

Note: A commit hash is added to the end of the url as a way of version locking the resource. This way future updates to the enspiral diversity agreement won't be referenced automatically. Rather the hash needs to be updated to the new commit.
