If you are using this feature to have a cached way to run ci locally you probably want your dependencies to be updated just as they are when run on a remote ci service. If a custom root ssl certificate needs to be used this can be done by passing the local certificate to the container using

$ rosrun industrial_ci run_ci ROS_DISTRO=noetic ROS_REPO=main DOCKER_RUN_OPTS="-v /usr/local/share/ca-certificates:/usr/local/share/ca-certificates:ro"
