Also, this check passed for three other MRs:

• humble performance_test: 2.3.0-1 in 'humble/distribution.yaml' [bloom] #42927
• iron performance_test: 2.3.0-1 in 'iron/distribution.yaml' [bloom] #42926
• jazzy performance_test: 2.3.0-1 in 'jazzy/distribution.yaml' [bloom] #42925

The error only occurs for rolling

It looks like a release for rolling was not done. That is, if you look at https://github.com/ros2-gbp/performance_test-release/blob/master/tracks.yaml, you'll see that the last_release there for rolling is 2.0.0.

Oops. This is what happens when you try do do things by hand instead using bloom. I will close this MR, and create a new one through bloom, so that nothing else is missed.
