SimpleChartWidg, Tooth, chartWidget, MessagePopup, toothSurfaces, FinalChoiceDialog, MedicalHistoryDialog, monthCalendar, yearCalendar.
Applied to TestCases that require a connection to an existing database. Allows testing a vanilla installation, before openmolar.conf is created. TODO: ship tests with tarball releases.
Fix MariaDB "ERROR 1118 (42000): Row size too large (> 8126)".

Put some effort in making this nice software work on a Guix installation. (Almost there.)
I had to try and fill the gap between the repo and the latest available release on openmolar.com.
Several tests will raise errors because some of the test data is not available in the demo dataset.
