In this pull request, I am including a new domain function developed by Joao Banhato to model an isthmus using fibrosis.
Also, I made the "initialize_grid_with_benchmark_mesh" function more general, so that we can use any value for the "side_length_x", "side_length_y" and "side_length_z". To allow backward compatibility with the previous examples, I set the default values to be (20000x7000x3000)um, which are exactly the sizes used in the N-Benchmark experiment from the Niederer et al. (2011) paper.
