This is the latest release of the nyan keys FPGA bitstream, this bitstream reduces the end to end latency by 2 uSeconds by switching the Nyan Keys FPGA IP from a SPI slave to a master. This new IP also operates safely at 19.4Mhz but could likely go faster but I didn't have the time to mess around with the timing to squeeze out even more.

The included bitstream is ready to be uploaded

NOTE: This bitstream will not work with any Nyan OS version that is less than this version number.

Fixed logic that enabled double bounce on keys. Recommended upgrade.
