How to make an agenda

  1. File an issue on this repo as "YYYY-MM-DD Community Team Meeting"

  2. Add the line "Meeting at 5pm UTC on #rust-community on irc.mozilla.org. Last time's agenda." to the start, making the second sentence a link to last time's agenda

  3. Add any business to discuss.

3.1) Optionally, ping each person on the community team in #rust-community on irc.mozilla.org and inquire whether there are any issues they wish to put on the agenda

3.2) Optionally, look through all the open issues on this repo and add any that look like they need to be talked about to the agenda
