I cherry-picked commits from #150071 then added a commit below to enable the production of an enzyme artifact for aarch64-apple-darwin.

I've been looking into the dlopen problem and I need an artifact for aarch64 for me, not only for x86_64.

1. check the commit set llvm.enzyme=true on dist-aarch64-apple if that changes are appropriate?

@Kobzol looking at the artifacts from the last run above, it seems that enzyme is not only in the enzyme-preview component, but also in the rust-nightly component, as rust-nightly-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/rustc/lib/libEnzyme-21.so. Is that expected? I would have assumed that it should only end in the enzyme component.
After running ./install.sh --prefix=/home/manuel/prog/autodiff3 --components=rustc,rust-std-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
I find that I have it at autodiff3/lib/libEnzyme-21.so. I need to move it via cp lib/libEnzyme-21.so lib/rustlib/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/lib, but then autodiff works.

No, that's not correct :) It won't be as simple as just enabling Enzyme in bootstrap config on the dist runner.
