Trello Card Report

Used to reconcile Trello Cards back to their Zendesk Tickets. The script will add information to a preset Google Sheet, send statistics to Datadog, and re-open Zendesk tickets with a pending or on hold status where the last date updated is less than the last date the Trello card was updated.

• Rename secrets.py.example to secrets.py and fill in the relevant info
• Rename trello.py.example to trello.py and update object if needed
• Rename leads.py.example to leads.py and update object if needed

Google Sheets Python API

NOTE - You may need to use your personal gmail account for these steps

• Create a Project at https://console.developers.google.com/cloud-resource-manager
• Add the Google Sheets API
• Add the Google Drive API
• Create Credentials
• Put the JSON file in the project directory
• Add the JSON file name to .gitignore
• Add the name of the JSON file to secrets.py
• Create a Google Sheet
• Share the Google Sheet with the client_email listed in the JSON file
• pip install --upgrade google-api-python-client oauth2client
• pip install gspread
