Updated NGINX_VERSION 1.7.10; Updated HEADERS_MORE_VERSION In order for this to be detected by the dafult python buldpack we added the requirements.txt file (I Hope i don't need any more python-stuff for it to build and run...)

Also improved the readme a bit
Plus added requirements.txt so that this repo could be easily pushed onto heroku default buildpack (as a python app)
Also removed binary for the older ceder (deprecated) stack (so don'y use this commit if you have an older-ceder stack).
