Support release

This is a temporary release for bots currently using the framework. Please update to v0.2.0 as soon as it gets out.

Warning!

Do not use this release unless your current bot already depends on it, and the new upcoming update will break it. Duplication of listeners on socket resume is not fixed in this release, and will require that your bot is restarted. Use development branch for a working fix.
