Char is 16 bit, so hash test as 'File' and as 'ascii' (7 bit) won't work. Modified the test to only include the first 128 characters (2^7)
Other information could be added regarding the files
Other functions might insert information into .Info at protocol startup, but before this change it'd be overwritten

/Functions/User Functions/SaveProtocolVersionhas been added. It uses the DataHash function from FEX to calculate MD5 hashes for all files in the current protocol folder and stores them inBpodSystem.Data.Info.VersionControl.ProtocolFilesas a scalar structure.It also saves a .zip file (in
Session Data/) of all files in the protocol folder. At the moment it's defaulttrue, but I guess it should befalse?I think in the future
Info.VersionControlcould contain information like the Git HEAD information.
