Fix `Property 'send' does not exist on type 'PartialGroupDMChannel'`, by casting as TextChannel.

I am not a maintainer or anything, so I don't want to like like I am. However, I have a PR for resolving these issues here: #228. It is a draft because we are awaiting new versions of Sapphire packages. |
