Steps

Initialize

• Complete all required workflows
  • IRB Submission Category is available
  • Study Progress Status should be set to Ready for Pre-Review

PB Mock

• Open PB Mock IRB Info for study to be tested
• Clear any data previously entered, if needed
• Set STATUS / DETAIL to Error / Study not downloaded to IRB Online, if needed
• Click Submit button

Study Toolbox

• Set Study Status to In Progress, if needed
• Set Study Progress Status to Ready for Pre-Review, if needed

IRB Submission Category

Execute Process

• Run IRB Pre-Review Submission workflow
  • CRC2 creates Word version of Document Submission Form
  • Download Word version of Document Submission Form and saves (exports) as PDF
  • Upload PDF version of Document Submission Form
  • Click Save button

Study Dashboard State

Study Progress updates to Submitted for Pre-Review Workflow IRB Submitted for Pre-Review Status Check is visible to Admins Only and started

PB Mock

• Open PB Mock IRB Info for study to being tested
• Add UVA_STUDY_TRACKING:
• Add DATE_MODIFIED:
• Add IRB_ADMINISTRATIVE_REVIEWER:
  • Example: Joanna Faulconer (jld6p)
• Set STATUS / DETAIL to Downloaded / Study downloaded to IRB Online, if needed
• Click Submit button

In pre-Review

and irb_info["IRBEVENT"] == "Receipt of New Protocol" (add below when available in PB Mock) if irb_info["IRB_STATUS"] == "PreReview Complete New Protocol":
