Improve tooltip formatting and organize update representation.

This pull request enhances the tooltip formatting and organizes the representation of available updates in the Waybar updates module. Key improvements include:

1. Enhanced tooltip readability and visibility.
2. Organized update information with clear headings for package name, previous version, and next version.
3. String length limitations for better alignment and presentation.

I like it! But maybe we will support localization for column names as well as "updates" string. Currently it fully localized using po-files.
