Fix overlapping of “We’d Love Your Feedback” section under navbar (Issue #733)

This PR fixes the issue where the “We’d Love Your Feedback” section was partially hidden under the fixed navbar.

🔧 Changes Made:

• Identified conflicting padding in feedback.html
• Removed the unnecessary top padding that was causing layout overlap
• Ensured proper spacing below the fixed header
• Verified responsiveness across different screen sizes

The section is now fully visible and properly aligned on all screen resolutions.

The current CI failure appears to be related to existing HTML validation issues in other files (e.g., glossary and event pages). This PR only modifies CSS files and does not introduce any new HTML changes.

Please let me know if you would like me to raise a separate PR to address the HTML validation errors.
