This PR resolves the UI inconsistency between the Developer Tools page and the main landing page, ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform.
Unified Footer Structure: Replaced the minimal, single-line footer on the DevTools page with the comprehensive, multi-column global footer used on
index.html. It now correctly displays the project description, "Explore", "Community", and "Project" links.Styling Parity: Applied the correct CSS to perfectly match the main page's aesthetic, including the subtle grid pattern background, the gold radial glow, and the pill-shaped badges.
