Fix Issue with the Colours Configuration.

Fix issue #325 Rooms Colours Menu not operating properly

This is to fix noticed after the release 2025.02.0, I'm sorry for the inconvenience created earlier.
The service reset_trims is still not operating as on 2024.12.2, please note that I´m trying to simplify the usage of this option. This version will add to the configuration of the camera trims_data (default values). The camera recalculate the trims at each reload at current.
