Upgrade Docusaurus from 3.2.1 to 3.5.1

Description

This PR upgrades Docusaurus from 3.2.1 to 3.5.1. For a comprehensive list of changes between versions, see Docusaurus changelog.

Note

Regarding the bugfix label in this PR, an issue existed in Docusaurus 3.2.1 that prevented the user from scrolling if they selected an item in search results and then tried to use the native Find function in the browser. For details on that issue, see:

• Page loses scrollbar when using Algolia search bar facebook/docusaurus#10162.

However, another issue related to using the native Find function in the browser existed in 3.4.0. Because of this, we decided to wait to upgrade until the issue was fixes in a later version of Docusaurus. for details on that issue, see:

• Algolia search modal appears when entering a keyboard shortcut to use a browser's "Find" function facebook/docusaurus#10333.
