1.1 Beta Release

This is a fairly extensively tested and largely stable version of BCILAB. Some recent incremental changes have been made (mostly cleanup and streamlining) that still need to see a bit more testing before a 1.1 release. Some subsystems are currently undergoing changes that are not yet reflected in this beta.
