I tried viewing the skeleton for objects but noticed that the modal wasn't stable as my mouse left the icon. I thought it would be better to keep the modal stable for as long as I wanted.
I changed the title to 'Click to toggle skeleton icon' for users to easily know how to display and hide the modal.
