Added detailed docstrings for Black-Scholes functions and Greeks.
Removed pip install command from requirements file.

utils/bs_functions.pyby adding detailed docstrings and ensuring proper PEP8 spacing between top-level functions. It also cleans uprequirements.txtby removing the erroneouspip install -r requirements.txtline and listing only the necessary dependencies.
