For downloading this repository just click the download button in right upper screen corner and choose downloading through direct archive downloading, cloning or SSH key.
Projects were developing in MS Visual Studio 2017. Also you can compile it with G++ compiler or others.
If you also use the Visual Studio IDE you have a facility to clone it immedialty with Team Explorer. In another way use GIT tools.
