Version 0.51 (2021-06-04): Fixing a bug that resulted in incorrect sequences being reported in the ".events" file. This fix does not impact the locations of discovered peaks or subtype identification - those results should be exactly the same as in Version 0.5. Also in this update, --exclude will act like --excludebed if a BED file is provided.
