- Reorganize convention plugins into `multiplatform.android` and `multiplatform.ui` subpackages. - Introduce `CommonUiToolingPreviewConventionPlugin` to manage Compose UI tooling dependencies. - Move `AboutContentPreview` from Android-specific source set to `commonMain`. - Update `wearapp/wearos` to use version catalog for the wear-tooling-preview dependency. - Register new convention plugins in `gradle/build-logic/convention/build.gradle.kts`. - Update `libs.versions.toml` with new library entries and plugin definitions.
