Corrected typos and similar items.
Created new sections to eliminate ambiguity from hanging paragraphs.
Removed several superfluous references to "of the Corporation" from the certificate.
Moved "shareholder no transfer" language from boilerplate section to Transfer section.
update signature block on certificate to match standard format.
