Overview

This repository contains a packages to implementing a reversible jump mcmc methods to infer infections in serological data. The project is a work in progress.

-src/: This directory contains the source code for the rj-mcmc algorithm. -vingettes/: This directory contains R Markdown files needed to perform the simulation recovery. Namely file sim_recovery.Rmd -R/: This directory contains R files used to run the rjmcmc and post-process the fitted model. -LICENSE: This file contains the project's license information.
