A Dugnad? What is that?
A Dugnad (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communal_work#Norway) is an awesome tradition from Norway, where twice a year, everybody from the neighborhood gets together to improve the communal space. Seemed like a good analogy for what this is about.
