oscillator_phase range is 0 to 360 in ARIA, 0 to 1 in sfizz.
Adding info that ARIA and sfizz differ.
Adding info about what negative values do in ARIA, and that sfizz is different.
Range can be any negative, -1 isn't strictly speaking true, but... gets the right info across I guess.
