Fixed Issues

• The feature to activate the old photo viewer now works much more functionally.
• When cleaning the "C:\Windows\Installer" directory in the cleaning section, the setup files were giving errors because it also deleted the main directory. (Thanks to blackjack1921 for reporting the problem)
• Fixed the chat icon hiding feature on the taskbar not working.

Some Windows Services were protected and the programme was failing, these have been removed.

Chinese and Ukrainian language added

After selecting the language, the selected language will be saved in the next boot.
