Connect the Subscribe and Get in Touch section with backend in SheHeroes-template

@hiashutoshsingh I have created the template, but the subscribe and Get in touch section of the web template is not connected with backend
kindly assign me this issue so i can do the required changes in web template under GSSOC'21
