Mixing real-world troubleshooting with cloud automation, building my own path from on-prem hustle to cloud-native infra.

🧠 Who Am I?

I’m Shivam, currently working in IT Desktop Support, while aggressively moving into Cloud & DevOps.

I operate with a simple formula:
Break → Fix → Understand → Automate → Repeat.

I focus on:

  • Understanding infra issues deeply
  • Replicating them in labs
  • Automating boring workflows
  • Building real-world projects instead of mugging docs
