Spes : Fix fast charging

[1] - The thermal stock settings of the sm6225 line don't work well on AOSP custom roms, when the temperature of 35*C Degree is reached, fast charging stops. And we currently don't have kernel source to improve this, so thermal-normal.conf has been modified to improve this with the following changes:
