This is my implementation of the paper : Zero-Shot Hashing via Transferring Supervised Knowledge. The paper could be found at https://arxiv.org/abs/1606.05032. The codes uploaded are for the learning purpose. The algorithm belongs to the authors of the corresponding paper given to above and there is no contribution from my side to the paper. In the codes, I have used the optimisation library: http://www.math.ucla.edu/~wotaoyin/papers/feasible_method_matrix_manifold.html, as has been used in the above paper.For the dataset, I have used a samll part of the Animals with Attribute dataset http://attributes.kyb.tuebingen.mpg.de/ with DeCAF features.
