• Made Nerd Fonts patcher to use --careful again (otherwise not NF variant will still have original glyphs, which is inconsistent);
• Using default-calt as ligatures set;
• Adding ligatures that is not enabled by default: eqslasheq, kern-dotty, kern-bars, llggeq, connected-underscore, connected-number-sign, connected-hyphe;
• Removing ligature that not available in the original (and also looks straight ugly): slash-asterisk;
• Adding make pack command to simplify distribution;
