Target is now net8.0 + updated README with instructions for build/test/run.

--advent runs ADVENT from an RK05 disk

We're now able to run ADVENT from an emulated RK05 removable disk. Just run the emulator with the --advent option and you'll be transported back to the 70's.

Performance enhancements

The emulator is now running quite a bit faster (i.e. > 100% compared to previous version). In addition the emulator console app has options to load a bin format paper tape, run it and dump tty output to console.

32 kW + time-sharing OK according to MAINDEC

All MAINDEC tests for vanilla 8/E and the two main for the KM8-E extension are green.

This release is able to successfully run all MAINDEC diagnostics related to a PDP-8 w/o memory extension.

First working version

This is the first version that actually works, i.e. runs MAINDEC parts 1+2 and supports tty I/O.
