Spelunky 2 death counter for OBS.

Features:

• Count your deaths
• Easily connect to your game
• Support for global and relative (current session) death counter
• Set a custom offset (planned)
• One click run

TODO

• Doesn't always close succesfully for some reason
• When Spelunky 2 is closed and counter is set to relative, deaths = 0 - offset == negative number
• Input dialogs:
  • Change font
  • Change color
  • Change background for chromakey (maybe)
• Release as .exe
