Update repositories that pull in data from silverstripe/supported-modules

As part of silverstripe/rhino#17, the supported-modules json files were combined into a single file in the main branch, along with additional repos that are used for maintenance purposes. A PHP API was also added that has some useful logic.

The following repositories need to be updated to now pull in data from the correct branch. This can be done via composer for any PHP projects.
Where appropriate, the new PHP API should be used.

Notes

• There is a separate issue for Rhino, since that hasn't been pulling in the data from there so far.
• Do a quick sanity check for any other repositories that might be pulling the data in from the old branches.
