What do you all think of this approach for applying custom configurations to the export_roi_to_quicfire function?

My hope here is that this can replace complicated workflows with just a simple function call that allows for variable inputs.

looks good. instead of export_roi_to_quicfire how about export_roi and the export format (quicfire, zarr, etc) could be another dict arg?

Thanks for the good suggestion @crawld. That is implemented and the feature is merged. I'll submit a release soon.
